Answers to common questions about the Clotherly app.
Signing in
You can create a Clotherly account with an email and password, or sign in instantly with Google or Facebook. Sign in with Apple is available on iPhone, iPad and this website. It is not offered in the Android app. Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen to reset it by email.
Searching for products
Start a search from the home screen and filter by gender, garment type, colour, brand, price, and nearby shopping centre. Results link directly to the retailer's own website. Purchases happen there, at their price.
Saved searches and favourites
Tap the heart icon on any product to save it, and save a search to quickly re-run it later. Free accounts can save up to 3 searches; Clotherly Pro raises that to 50, synced across devices. Favourites are capped at 20 on the free plan and unlimited on Pro.
Clotherly Pro subscription
Clotherly Pro removes ads, raises the save limits (unlimited favourites, 50 searches, 50 outfits), and unlocks the outfit builder. Price drop alerts are coming soon. Where you bought it decides who bills you and where you cancel:
- Bought on iPhone/iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Clotherly Pro
- Bought on Android: Google Play app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Bought on this website: your account page, which opens the Stripe billing portal
Not sure which you have? Manage Subscriptionin the app's account menu sends you to whichever applies to you. You can cancel anytime. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to Account → Delete Account to permanently remove your account and all associated data. This does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately, using whichever route above matches where you bought it.
